Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our client's team in the financial services industry. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, writing, and editing operational policies or standards. Your role will involve researching regulatory requirements and end-to-end processes, coordinating the layout and design of materials, collaborating with subject matter experts, legal, and compliance teams, and partnering with downstream recipients on changes and their impact on user materials such as procedures and training. Additionally, you will work closely with project leads to prioritize work and meet key milestones.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, write, and edit operational policies or standards.
• Research regulatory requirements and end-to-end processes.
• Coordinate layout and design of materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, legal, and compliance teams.
• Partner with downstream recipients on changes and their impact on user materials.
• Work with project leads to prioritize work and meet key milestones.

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of GSuite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role.
