Mid size law firm is seeking a part time receptionist to work Monday through Friday either 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 pm or 12:30 pm to 5:30 p.m.

Job duties include greeting guests, answer, screen and forward incoming calls, assign conference rooms for meetings, depositions, etc., log and route delivery items (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.), scan and save incoming mail.

Applicant must possess the following skills and abilities:

1. Professional appearance;

2. Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal);

3. Proper spelling and grammar;

4. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook);

5. Knowledge of clerical procedures;

6. Attention to detail;

7. Reliability;

8. Type at least 50 WPM with accuracy;

9. Be a team player.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
