Note: Job is for three 6 hours shifts currently, with opportunity to become full time in future and to pick up shifts at our other locations.

Candidate MUST have a class B license with passenger endorsement to drive our community bus.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Attendant to join our team. As an Assisted Living Attendant, you will provide essential care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Duties:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and engage residents in social activities
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents
- Escort residents to appointments or outings as required
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans for residents

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in shuttle driving or bus driving preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of motor coach, paratransit, or limousine driving is a plus
- Proficient in English language (additional language skills are a bonus)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect resident privacy
- Strong customer service skills and a compassionate nature
