Overview:
A busy, fast-paced Real Estate Services firm in Sunny Isles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to their executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in Real Estate and/or Construction is a plus. This is a full-time position based onsite in Sunny Isles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage busy executive calendars, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Manage, prepare and edit written and email correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Perform data entry (including MS Excel and QuickBooks) and maintain electronic and physical files
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate project timelines and deliverables
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as an executive assistant supporting senior management in a busy/fast-paced environment. Experience in Real Estate and/or Construction is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English AND Spanish
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Must be proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with QuickBooks is desired.
- Experience managing a busy calendar and high-volume email inbox is required
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
