The Henry L. Stimson Center (Stimson), a nonpartisan global security think tank located in Washington, DC, seeks a part-time, 20 hours/week, Operations Assistant. Reporting to the Director of People & Operations, this role ensures that our practices support our mission-driven work, align with Stimson's vision, values, strategic goals, standards of conduct, and operational objectives, and demonstrate our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and employee well-being.

About the Program and Position Summary
The Operations Assistant is a member of the Finance & Operations team and will have responsibilities across the HR function, office management, and the Finance team. This part-time, 20 hours/week, role will assist with the administrative functions of the HR function; collaborate with the Office Manager on office operation functions such as covering the front desk and event support; and work with the Finance team on functions related to data entry and other occasional tasks.
