Job Summary:
We are a health care company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR functions. This includes talent acquisition, employee evaluation, and compliance with employment labor laws.
Duties:
- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to drive performance improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and programs
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment and claims resolution
- Stay up-to-date with changes in employment labor laws and ensure compliance within the organization
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
