Position Summary:
The HR Generalist will provide assistance and support to the Hospital and Human Resources Department. Primary responsibilities will be the new hire onboarding process; however the position will be responsible for performing tasks across the breadth of HR functions as assigned. This includes but not limited to: assisting with employee engagement programs, accurately maintaining HRIS system, maintain personnel files, maintain licensure/certifications, and acting as a general resource for employees; The Human Resources Generalist will support organizational wide efforts related to HR services and provide targeted HR support and guidance to assigned departments, projects and/or other internal clients/initiatives as applicable.
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Associate's or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of one year verifiable experience in a Human Resources capacity. (HR Coordinator, Generalist, etc.) is required.
(3) years verifiable experience is preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
This is an in-person job, must be able to commute to work and assist at other market hospitals as needed.
Salary Range: $37,000-$47,000 annually
