NOW HIRING: The Production Supervisor will represent the operating company and our best interest when working with vendors, general contractors, and production team members. Very hands on and fulfilling role.

- Will be responsible for directing, training, assigning, and developing staff members to ensure production goals are met.
- Ensure and enforce safety
- Direct staff members comply with company health and safety procedures and dress policy.
- Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
- Ensure the production process flow efficiently.
- Will review, prepare and schedule work for the day.
- Will ensure that all finished product meets customer specification in our effort to “deliver the promise” to our customers.
- Implementation of Lean initiatives.
- Scheduling PM’s on non-operational hours.
- Attend Steves and Sons Leadership Training.
- Ensure weekly Safety training is completed for assigned personnel.
- Other duties as assigned
