HOURS AS FOLLOWS:
[Sunday 9:30AM-4:30PM] [Monday-Thursday 12:30PM-8:45PM]

40HOURS
STARTING @ $22.00/HR

Requirements:

Ability to Learn, Understand and Use numerous types of software and technological capabilities

• Efficient with Office Suite
• Strong communication skills and client support telephone experience - Customer Service Representative
• Unmatched, precise attention to detail

Main job duties include:

• Fielding a high number of inbound calls for reservations & pricing.
• Monitor and respond to a high number of inbound e-mails for quotes & reservations.
• Assisting dispatch with overflow calls
• Confirming upcoming assignments
• Involved with ensuring that all information regarding upcoming special events is complete and accurate.
• PTO

**This is an IN-OFFICE position; There is NOT a remote option

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
