We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual for the position of Director of Human Resources for our StepStone Hospitality managed Hotel. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Develop and implement employee retention strategies to ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
