Case Manager needed for sober living facility and homeless veteran program -male clientele, 12-step modality. Understanding of substance misuse and co-occurring disorders is a requirement, experience in these areas is a plus. Candidate will be working with individuals to build service plans and connect them to the needed resources to help them obtain disability benefits, employment, and permanent housing.
This position requires daily interaction with residents and an ability to teach goal setting, life skills, problem solving, crisis planning, and more. Computer skills, people skills, time management, attention to detail as well as daily documentation are required. Coordinating with local resources and Agency partners will be required regularly. This position also mandates daily oversight of the individual units and homes the residents are placed in. Staff participates regularly in cleaning and upkeep of these units.
On site LADAC and CPRS supervision. Pay will be based on experience and/or education and certification.
Starting pay: $12-$15 depending on experience
Shift available: 2p-10:30p
