Hiring Range: $39,000 - $50,000 annual salary and is commensurate with directly applicable experience

Our Financial Services Team works with Advisors to identify life, disability, and long-term care insurance

solutions for clients’ risk management strategies.

As a Case Designer, you will serve as a resource for advisors by providing internal support to Regional Consultants through illustrating new business opportunities, being a product expert, and working to convert illustrations into applications through meaningful, professional relationships.

What Our Case Designers Do:

• Design and Present: design Term, Permanent Life, Long-Term Care, and Disability proposals; provide explanations of products and riders when presenting illustrations
• Consult and Collaborate: consult with Regional Consultants and TCG Underwriting department regarding known health issues that may affect health class ratings to ensure accurate expectations of case illustrations; develop and maintain relationships with carriers to stay abreast of product and pricing changes
• Coordinate and Communicate: coordinate with Regional Consultants on quote requests and illustration conversions; provide annual in-force ledgers to advisors; respond to requests within appropriate timeframe as determined by advisor-level
• Synchronize Databases: log all requests and update carrier product information in TCG internal tracking system; utilize carrier software effectively
• Stay Current and Knowledgeable in Industry: Secure and maintain required licensure; attend monthly carrier calls and required department meetings and trainings

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated successful equivalent experience
• Maintain accuracy while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to grasp and retain significant detail regarding carrier policies and products
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer services skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook and Teams); knowledge of databases
• Demonstrated proficiency in all parts of position within 6 months
