Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full Time Floater to join our team. As a Full Time Floater, you will have the opportunity to work with various age groups and classrooms, providing support and assistance where needed. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility and adaptability to ensure the smooth operation of our educational programs.
Duties:
- Assist with curriculum development and implementation across different classrooms
- Support teachers in creating engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide individualized attention and support to students with special needs or behavioral challenges
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all children
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
- Provide care for toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and engaging in age-appropriate activities
- Support literacy education through reading activities and language development exercises
- Encourage physical education through active play and structured movement activities
Experience:
- Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff members
