Job description

Admin Support needed for Busy Service Company in Charlottesville. The main duty of this position is to support the service managers and field techs with their schedule, processing their daily paperwork, sending invoices to customers and processing accounts payable. Accuracy and attention to detail is required. Job duties also include answering a multi-line phone and scheduling service calls for residential and commercial customers.
A qualified candidate is detailed oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. At least one year of QuickBooks and Microsoft office experience is required.

This position is Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.
