Program Strategy Consultant FinanceCharlotte NC 12 months hybrid onsite 3 days/weekRequirementsLeverage management consulting discipline to assess scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams Make recommendations of workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgement in escalation savvy Serve to support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions
Assess disparate project objectives and distill into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership
