About the Role:

• Leverage management consulting discipline to assess the scope and impact of a cross-functional/cross-product program with complex workstreams
• Make recommendations for workstream breakdown structure across competing priorities
• Advocate a program management discipline and serve as a voice for sponsor education and credible challenge
  Assess and filter key risks, issues, and material status changes to provide execution excellence and judgment in escalation-savvy
• Serve to support project management needs across existing track verticals in Banking and CRE
• Design governance structures to initiate Steering Committee routines and provide support for documentation, artifacts to support action items and key decisions
• Assess disparate project objectives and distill them into common taxonomy and strategic thought leadership
