RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience in IT Infrastructure program / project management and implementation.
• Experience using MS Project and the Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) to plan and execute complex IT projects using PMP best practices, as well as serving as an ISSO.
• Will act as team lead on the following cross-functional IT project team: Applications, Engineering, IT Operations and Maintenance, and network engineering.
• Planning, developing, implementing, coordinating, and leading project activities such as: developing feasible milestones; managing schedule and resources.
• Collecting functional requirements for the purposes of developing detailed plans and designs for delivery of IT solutions.
• Management and control of complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, network, and communications subsystems.
• Management of cost, performance, and schedules on contracts
• Managing Azure cloud environments.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience in presenting material to senior federal officials.
• Knowledge of FISMA requirements.
• Effectively organize and manage multiple, complex, and interrelated IT project tasks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience: Six (6) years of progressive experience in IT/Cybersecurity. 
Education: Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related field (Required)

Clearance: Must possess a minimum Public Trustlevel security clearance 

Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

Certifications: 

• Project Management Professional – PMP (Required)
