Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and providing support to our team. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
-Assist with permits for building, fire and health.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and formatting
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide support and assistance to other team members/ duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of legal administrative processes is a plus
- Experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
