North Star Fine Jewelry & Gift Boutique is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Sarasota, FL

We are looking for a hardworking, honest, and trustworthy individual with a positive personality. This unique position works closely with the owner supporting the operations of a Luxury Retail Boutique in Downtown Sarasota. The right candidate will be eager to learn and grow in their position, and become an integral member of our team. Must pass reference and background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/events/appointments etc. for the team
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, inventory, financial, and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies, inventory, placing orders when necessary
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
  • Social Media Applications (Instagram and Facebook)
  • Experience with the Edge Jewelry POS and Quick Books a Plus!
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
