Steampunk is searching for a Training Analyst to support a government customer on site in Washington, DC. The primary responsibilities for the position are to build an internal training and awareness program that standardizes ISSO business processes across the customer.
The nature of the work requires that the candidate demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with agency stakeholders to develop and maintain a training program for educating federal and contract personnel on agency specific processes and policies related to Risk Management. This requires an individual with customer service skills, and the ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced, fluid business environment. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively and decisively with all levels of the organization and be able to solve practical problems as well as exercise sound judgement with regards to sensitive and confidential information.
