What You’ll Get to Do:

The Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Training Analyst supports NAVSEA (SEA-21), Program Manager, Surface Training Systems (PMS 339) providing Manpower, Personnel, and Training expertise and Direct Support for the LCS/DDG 1000 Assistant Program Manager.

This position is based in Washington, D.C. MUST have at minimum an active Secret-level clearance prior to hire.

More About the Role:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides expert advice and Direct Support related to all aspects of LCS MP&T.

• Contributes to development/maintenance of Crew Scheduling and Phasing Plans (CSPP), Manpower Estimate Reports (MER), Navy Training Systems Plans (NTSP), Ship Manpower Documents (SMD) / Preliminary Ship Manpower Documents (PSMD).

• Reviews and formats MPT technical briefs for submission to the customer.

• Performs and provides analysis of crew manning requirements.

• Develops program office presentations intended to provide situational awareness of program requirements and changes.

• Writes, submits, and tracks statements of work modifications to support changed training requirements.

• Completes other tasking as required by the customer to ensure program success.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Ten or more years previous Surface Force Manpower and Training experience.

• Five or more years’ LCS MP&T experience.

• Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks and effectively schedule required deliverables, meetings, and follow-up actions.

• Expert Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytic, math, and organizational skills.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

• Bachelor’s degree.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Ability to write Excel functions, generate macros, and create pivot tables.
