Statewide Windows & Doors is Hiring a Service Manager Near Beach, FL

Statewide Windows & Doors is a leader in Florida's thriving Impact Window industry. As a Service Manager, you will be a crucial part of ensuring our valued clients' satisfaction by overseeing post-installation service appointments and warranty requests. Working in tandem with Service Coordinators and Project Managers, you'll create a cohesive team environment while efficiently managing inspections for prompt service delivery. In addition, you will take on the exciting responsibility of overseeing the entire service department, which includes ordering, inventory management, training, and recruitment.

Role Overview:

  • Strategically coordinate daily service appointments for our skilled technicians, optimizing scheduling for swift service completion.
  • Maintain professional and open communication with clients, providing timely updates on appointment statuses, all while upholding exceptional customer service standards.
  • Diligently document all service-related activities in our CRM system to facilitate accurate records and efficient information management.
  • Regularly review project status reports to prioritize and address pending service requests, ensuring clear estimated completion timelines for clients.
  • Cultivate transparent communication channels with clients to ensure a positive customer experience and keep them well-informed of their service request statuses.
  • Summarize daily service team activities for senior management review, emphasizing achievements and ongoing progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Service Coordinators and Project Managers to assess ongoing projects, ensuring adherence to protocols and efficient prioritization.

In addition, as Service Manager, you will oversee the entire service department, including ordering, inventory management, training, and hiring, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with a preference for an Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and/or customer relationship management systems.
  • Competence with MS Office applications.
  • Previous experience in the Window and Door industry is preferable, particularly if familiar with the South Florida region.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary, ranging from $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health, vision insurance, and paid time off.
