General Description
The Sales position is responsible for buying and selling steel products, fabrications, and services provided by this company. She/he will prepare quotes and orders per customer demand and will follow-up on orders/quotes, evaluate need, and monitor the steel market. Sales will be responsible for managing their accounts, and following our quality objectives of zero defects and 100% customer satisfaction. Sales will coordinate with operations and transportation departments to ensure on-time delivery. Communication of thoughts and ideas to fellow employees, customers, and clients is a must; utilizing many avenues such as verbal communication, in person, over the phone, as well as written form; e-mails and fax. Lastly, the Sales position is responsible for completing all duties assigned.
