Administrative Specialist

About The Company:

  • Our client is a leading property management group in the Madison area.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, email, and phone calls, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and property tours for management and leasing staff.
  • Assist with financial tasks such as invoicing, rent collection, and expense tracking.
  • Provide general administrative support to the property management team, including data entry, report generation, and other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably in property management or real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
