Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO 65109

Are you looking for a team work environment? Active communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask are needed skills for success in this position.

  • Help to oversee department fixed assets and inventory to include tagging fixed assets, processing additions/changes in our state financial system
  • Help with student loan reconciliation
  • Help process monthly allocations through our state financial system
  • Help process department employee access requests for our state financial system
  • Provide technical support and assistance to team members
  • Perform other related work as assigned/needed
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office. Proficient with Access databases preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive and possess strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
