Salary: $34,666.08 Annually

The St. Louis Regional office/Hannibal Satellite Office within the Division of Developmental Disabilities is looking for an organized and dependable individual to join their administrative support staff team. This position ensures community members and callers are greeted promptly and linked to the necessary contact for assistance and is domiciled in Hannibal, Missouri.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls promptly and forward to appropriate recipient
• Open and distribute incoming mail.
• Coordinate the mailing of skeleton and intake files so all are loaded to FTP in a timely manner.
• Maintain up to date files, including coordination of mailing files to transferring Regional Offices, filing, and tracking file statuses.
• Develop and draft letters of communication as requested.
• Schedule meetings at the request of the Assistant Director.

Knowledge:

Must have the ability to evaluate policy and procedures for changes and make recommendations for executive staff review. Specialized knowledge of administrative functions and operations.

Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of relevant administrative support experience.
