This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS).

• Participates in multiple phase projects providing technical expertise and guidance when needed.
• Provides technical expertise to successfully meet project objectives and deadlines.
• Maintains existing .NET desktop and web applications.
• Monitor and maintain interfaces including automated batch programs.
• Maintains workflows and pipelines in Azure DevOps environment.
• Identifies and resolves development issues with minimal assistance.
• Develop and maintain systems developed using Service Now,
• Develop and maintain APIs utilizing MuleSoft.

• Understanding of .NET using VB.Net and C#.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud resources.
• Understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps Pipelines and Workflows.
• Understanding of Oracle, MS SQL, My SQL databases.
• Ability to understand client's needs and technical requirements and implement solutions.
• Ability to identify and resolve development issues while responding to changing priorities.
• Ability to communicate well and work within a team.
• Additional experiences that would be nice to have include ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Rhapsody, and various AI.
• Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
