SALARY: $31,200 – $55,000

DESCRIPTION: This employee can expect to process timesheets, payroll, invoices, and procurement forms. Employees in this classification can expect to exercise limited discretion in performing work according to established policies and procedures with SAM II Financial and SAM II Human Resource programs. This employee can expect to have extensive contact with all levels of staff, government, and general public. This employee is responsible for handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality. Errors in work could financially impact the Office. Work is reviewed periodically and often requires authorizing signature.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma; three years of office experience; ability to operate office equipment including personal computer and standard software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and exceptional organizational and communication skills. Bachelor's degree and background in human resource benefits and management preferred.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with SAM II Financial and SAMII Human Resources system and Office procedures and policies. Experience with state payment processing. Experience in Office of Administration guidelines.
