This position provides college wide fiscal control for the college accounts payable function to ensure all accounting transactions and processes are coded accurately and in accordance with college and Minnesota State Colleges and Universities policies and procedures, state statutes and federal regulations. The position also provides specialized accounting functions with Capital bonding and HEAPR projects. The position works with the Director of Finance and the Buyer Supervisor to keep them apprised of college expenditures and processes. This position provides direction and training to Administrators, Supervisors, Faculty, Students and Staff regarding payment policies and procedures.
