The Health Customer Service Assistant position in Life/Health New Business & Service is an in-office essential role in Bloomington, IL.
Key responsibilities of this role include the following:

• Handling of application and policy print, assembly, and imaging
• Applies process guidelines to service existing policies
• Responsible for working directly with agency and business partners in completing work assignments
• Has a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
• Performs work within HIPAA guidelines demonstrating quality and integrity

Additional Information:

• Hours: 8:00 am - 4:15 pm, Monday-Friday
• May be required to assist functional areas during peak production periods, high call volume, or to meet deadlines

Incumbency: New team members are not eligible for promotional opportunities until after 6 months of service, and 12 months of service for lateral opportunities

Note: This position requires you to report in person to a State Farm facility in Bloomington, IL 5 days a week.
