We are seeking a reliable, high energy, and experienced customer service-oriented individual. We want someone who can help us provide our clients a great experience. Aches Away is a premier massage clinic in the Bloomington/Normal area and we are looking for front desk customer Support. Please check out our website at www.aches-away.com.

This role schedules appointments, answers phone calls, provides new clients with orientations on side services (float, sauna) and helps us keep things running on time. The position is also key in keeping the facility tidy and spotless so we can provide a safe and clean environment.

Candidates work with other front desk staff to cover business hours through the week and on Saturdays. Hours will include mid shifts 11-5pm, 12-5pm, a possible evening 1-7:30pm once a week and candidate must be available to rotate Saturdays 8:30am-3:30pm. We are closed every Sunday! We are flexible and hours can be discussed during a phone interview. Additional hours are available when the other front desk staff need time off. Flexibility and the ability to pick up additional shifts is a must as we are a very small business and need to work as a team. This position is one of great importance and we are looking for someone trustworthy that could possibly take on more responsibility in the future overseeing all operations.
