Our State Farm Insurance Agency in Chicago seeks an insurance licensed and motivated Sales/Service/Support Agent Office Rep-Team Member to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities: You will be the driving force behind our agency's growth and success. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sales and Relationship Building: Engaging with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommending personalized coverage options that meet their specific requirements.
• Lead Generation: Actively seeking out new leads and business opportunities through various channels, including referrals, networking events, and community involvement.
• Customer Care: Providing exceptional service to our existing clients by addressing their inquiries, conducting policy reviews, and offering additional coverage as needed.
• Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to State Farm's diverse range of insurance and financial products.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our dedicated team to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve collective sales targets.

Qualifications: We seek candidates with the following qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with customers and explain insurance concepts clearly.
• Customer Focus: A strong commitment to providing outstanding service and building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Drive and Determination: A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who is eager to exceed sales targets.
• Insurance Knowledge: While not mandatory, familiarity with insurance products and industry practices will be advantageous.
• Insurance Licenses: Insurance licenses are required for this position and preferred, but we’ll allowed the unlicensed the ability to obtain asap.
