The Role

This opportunity is for an 8-week internship tentatively starting June 5th.

Role Specifics

What You Will Own

Our Technical Operations team plays a vital role in the operation of our cloud software solutions. They intersect our Product Engineering, Platform/Site Reliability Engineering and Support Teams, coordinating and triaging escalations/bugs. You will partner with our team to assist with:

• Organize, refine, and uplift Technical Documentation (Atlassian Confluence)
• Perform initial triage of Application Support Escalation tickets (Atlassian Jira)
• Cloud Environment Application Health Checks (Datadog, Microsoft Azure)
• Assist in creation and categorization of bug tickets (Atlassian Jira)
• Ad-hoc Platforms and Technical Operations tasks

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in a relevant field of study such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or other similar disciplines. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Products, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with others to deliver results.
• An interest in the SaaS technology space
