What Will You Be Doing?
Responsible for assisting Tech Op’s Facility Manager in all day-to-day operation of the Tech Op’s Denver Hanger complex to include all facility related maintenance and repairs, Lead and direct and assign work as needed to other facility engineers
Essential Functions: (In order of importance, list only those functions that are necessary to carry out the purpose of the position. Include the percentage of time spent on each function.)
Assist facility manager in leading other facility engineers in all day-to-day operations of the Frontier maintenance facility complex.
Assigns daily work routines, assists other facility engineers in accomplishing routine and non routine maintenance tasks
Assures PM programs are followed per company policy and manufacturers specifications
Assist in all preventative and nonroutine repair maintenance procedures for facility infrastructure to include but not limited to

Other duties as assigned by the Tech Op’s Facility Manager as applicable
Qualifications: (Formal education or training required; amount and type of prior experience required)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Equipment Operated
Standard office equipment, including PC, copier, fax machine, printer
Hand tools, Elec power tools, industrial machinery, forklifts, lift trucks.
Work Environment
Some Typical office environment, adequately heated and cooled, some in industrial equipment environment, boiler room, Power distribution room, Pump House, Riser room, Main hanger areas.
Physical Effort
Light physical effort required by handling objects up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
Supervision Received
General Supervision: The incumbent performs a variety of routine work within established policies and procedures and receives detailed instructions on new projects and assignments.
Positions Supervised
Facility Engineers, Contract repair technicians.
Salary Range: $81,752 - $108,511
