Starr Medical Supply is a full-service medical equipment and supply provider. We carry a full line of medical equipment and supplies along with professional healthcare products.

We have an immediate opening for Customer Service / Patient intake staff. Medical equipment experience is a plus. Retail experience required.

Job duties include, but are not limited to :

• Become knowledgeable in our products, explain benefits, features, prices, quality, and other information to clients.
• Assist in daily operations of the store.
• Maintain relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Assist with physical inventory and review merchandise orders and inventory levels.
• Assist customers and referral sources in selecting medical equipment and supplies.
• Provide courteous customer service in person and on the phone.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor.
• Assist with customer concerns and complaints.
• Process customer transactions.
• Deliver equipment to customers.
• Other job tasks, as necessary.

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Strong Customer Service skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States of America.

Required Skills :

• Must be compassionate and able to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Must possess teamwork skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
• Strong computer skills.
• Common Sense.

Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 7lbs,
