Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk Temporary to join our finance team. This temporary position will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounts Receivable function during a busy period.

The successful candidate will assist with processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and providing administrative support as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently, applying payments to the appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Generate and distribute invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with collections efforts by contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and following up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer transactions and communications.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Previous 2 experience in accounts receivable, billing, or related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MS Dynamics / NAV, SAP, etc.) is desirable.
