Direct Hire opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk for a large Fresno employer that offers an excellent work environment and a long term career opportunity.

This individual would be responsible for :

• Researching aged invoices that have not been paid
• Submitting claims via customer portal or email for outstanding invoices
• Researching pricing issues that have resulted in short or over paid invoices
• Creating adjustment batches in our A / R software for short paid invoices when pricing is not correct
• Issuing customer refunds for over payments when pricing is not correct
• Other tasks related to accounts

The individual will be using Excel on a regular basis to track their progress and should be comfortable with heavy research and collection type conversations with accounts.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, or strong AR experience.

This will be a full time position with a salary rate of $24-26 per hour, plus a robust benefits package. Employees may choose if they would like their schedule to be 7-3 : 30, 7 : 30-4, 8-4 : 30 or 8 : 30-5.
