Who We Need

We’re seeking a highly motivated Ad Operations Specialist to join our Alexandria office. Does this sound like you:

• You’re a Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager ninja
• You can build UTM parameter strings in your sleep
• You have a track record of deploying and optimizing ad campaigns (with provable results)
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt well to change
• You are detail-oriented (notice ‘detail-oriented’ is written in bold, italics AND underlined)

Responsibilities:

• Launch, monitor, edit and optimize digital content on various ad platforms
• Synthesize direction and client feedback into strategies and finished deliverables
• Generate reports and analyze data in near real-time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Familiarity with ad platforms mentioned above
• Excel / Google Sheets (!)
• Strong analytical skills
