Responsibilities:

• Edit and optimize digital content for various platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor email performance metrics and implement improvements based on analytics.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret digital marketing data and generate insightful reports.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing strategies.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Implement fundraising strategies and tactics within the designated platforms.
• Quickly adapt to changes and contribute to the efficiency of the digital marketing team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspaces.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

GOP fundraising experience or track record using the associated fundraising and deployment platforms a BIG PLUS (e.g., WinRed, Nucleus, Anedot, etc.).
