The Business Development Associate position will support Star Mountain Capital's growth strategy by pursuing, establishing, and maintaining relationships with prospective clients and current investors.

Compensation:
The typical salary for this position is between $75,000 & $85,000. The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
