As a Sales Development Representative you will be responsible forgenerating new business opportunities and building relationshipswith potential clients.
KeyResponsibilities :
Activelyprospect and qualify potential clients through cold calling emailcampaigns and networking events
Conduct researchto identify potential clients and their needs
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Schedule and conduct salesmeetings and product demonstrations with potentialclients
Follow up with leads and provideexceptional customer service to ensure a positiveexperience
Utilize CRM software to track andmanage leads and sales activities
Stay uptodateon industry trends and market developments to identify new businessopportunities
Meet and exceed monthly andquarterly salestargets
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related fieldpreferred
We would prefer 12 years of experiencein sales or business development preferably in a B2Benvironment
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
Selfmotivated with a strongwork ethic
Excellent time management andorganizational skills
Ability to workindependently and as part of a team
Proficientin Microsoft Office and CRM software
Knowledgeof the recruitment industry is a plus
