PEST CONTROL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

STAR CITY PEST CONTROL is seeking a customer service representative. As the liaison between customers and service technicians or sales representatives, this position must properly communicate with customers to understand the services they need or help address or reroute any concerns they may have – an integral role at STAR CITY PEST CONTROL. This position is responsible for fielding customer calls, assisting customers in scheduling service appointments and resolving customer concerns. The position requires a lot of time on the phone, a good deal of patience and the ability to multi-task.
The ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, superb communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions and be proficient in data entry with attention to detail. A high school diploma or GED is required. Prior customer service experience is required. It’s important to be a people person as well, since the majority of the job involves communicating with customers and technicians. You will be one of the first people customers interact with at STAR CITY PEST CONTROL and locking in the positive first impression is key.
We offer competitive pay based on experience. Hours are 8:30-5:30.
