**JOB DUTIES:**
* Our F&B Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
* The ideal candidate will supervises daily Food and Beverage (F&B) shift operation and monitor compliance with all F&B policies, standards, and procedures.
* Manage day-to-day operations verifying that the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
* Maintain the operating budget, and verifies that standards and legal obligations are followed.
* Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
* Direct and participate the functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
* Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
* Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food & Beverage operations.
* Assist in the recruiting of high quality personnel and manage the development, motivation and retention of staff.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
* Must have proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators.
* Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, direct and motivate team members.
* Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
* Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
* Micros experience
* Must meet required background check and pass pre-employment drug screening
