Designer in Land Development

Standridge Inc. is looking for a self-motivated designer and drafter that can grow with the company. If you feel you qualify for this and enjoy working on a variety of projects, you could be a good fit with our team of hard-working professionals at Standridge.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years’ experience with site and land development in residential and commercial projects; knowledge of the laws and regulations pertaining to land development in Oregon and Washington; experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; as well as the ability to work efficiently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

Successful applicants will be expected to perform some site inspections and attend onsite meetings, however a majority of the work will be production and design. Ability to conform to company standards and safety rules is paramount. Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required.
