Sales Coordinator: 

• Review salesmen open orders and determine what needs to be done with them 
• Enter any sales calls that salesmen need
• Enter any orders that salesmen need
• Set up customer accounts
• Direct new sales leads to the outside salesmen 
• Review customer’s sales history and get with the purchasing coordinator to ensure the product is staying in stock. 
• Maintain stock levels for priority customers 
• Review and manage open orders
• Fill out special order requests 
• Create quotes 
• Make appointments with prospects 
• Enter sales calls
• Maintain a positive relationship with sales people 
• Go to all sales meetings 

Purchasing Coordinator: 

• Review stock purchase orders and make any necessary changes
• Review/Create transfers purchase orders to and from other branches. 
• Review receiving stock receipts and ensure no mistakes were made
• Communicate with vendors via email or phone 
• Monitor stock levels in the store to ensure there are no empty spots on the shelf. 
• Bill Drop shipments
• Ensure 100% fulfillment on active items
