Stand 8 is Hiring a Client service associate Near Lancaster, PA

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.

As a Client Service Associate, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service and support.

You'll be the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing solutions and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional Service : Provide quality service to client / partner calls, ensuring effective communication and accurate information delivery.
  • Quick Resolutions : Resolve client / partner requests promptly, ideally during the call or at least by the end of the day.
  • Efficient Transactions : Perform functional transactions with precision and attention to detail.
  • Detailed Logging : Log all client / partner inquiries received via phone or email, providing a clear description of the issue / problem and actions taken for resolution.
  • Communication Pro : Demonstrate excellent written communication skills by sending out timely and accurate email responses within 24 hours.
  • System Maintenance : Maintain system access and knowledge level for areas with cross-training.
  • Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with internal partners to achieve common goals.
  • Leadership Engagement : Actively participate as a member of the leadership team to establish objectives, policies, and strategies to enhance service and control costs.
  • Environment Awareness : Understand and adapt to the operating environment to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Additional Details

The base range for this contract position is $20 - $30 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
