Stancil Painting is growing, and we're currently looking for a Customer Care Agent to join our Warranty team!!

The Customer Care Agent positionis responsible for working closely with homeowners and Field Managers on Customer/Warranty matters to remedy any customer service issues that may arise. This role will involve handling warranty claims for our customers. Working closely with clients, this role will ensure the prompt resolution of warranty issues and deliver outstanding customer service.

PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):

  • Evaluate builder request for warranty issues
  • Evaluate homeowner concerns, and communicate what will be done to complete this task.
  • Daily tracking of required paint needed for individual appointments.
  • Communicate with other Stancil employees to complete tasks.
  • Coordinate with warranty scheduler to determine if schedules are overloaded, or crew can handle more work.
  • Communicate with crews daily to determine correct workload levels
  • Communicate with management daily on concerns.
  • Manage and maintain proper levels of invoice aging report.
  • Other functions as assigned.

SCHEDULE / HOURS: Monday - Friday | 7:00 am - 4:00 pm

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING

  • High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.).
  • Strong computer skills (MS Suite)
  • Knowledge of Sage preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual required.
  • Must have a clear driving record in order to be approved by the Company's insurance company to drive a company vehicle.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS

  • Ability to climb up and down steps
  • The position occasionally may require lifting heavy objects (up to 75 pounds) and performing strenuous physical labor under adverse field conditions.
  • This position requires working in an indoor/outdoor environment.
  • Individuals may be exposed to varying temperatures including very hot (above 90 degrees F) or very cold (below 32 degrees F) and all-weather conditions.
