ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:

o Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with company goals.

o Set unbranded sales goals and key performance indicators by salesperson.

o Meet with salespeople and provide motivating feedback and training in areas that need improvement.

• Business Development:

o Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.

o Build relationships with existing and prospective customers.

o Negotiate large format deals with customers.

• Management

o Mediate conflicts and facilitate a synergistic department.

o Identify and train new sales personnel.

o Monitor daily margins and counsel as needed.

• Compliance

o Adhere to legal and ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• 10 years of experience in petroleum sales at the jobber level.

• 5 years of management experience.

• Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month.

• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

• Experience in customer relationship management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Dedication to providing great customer service.

• Ability to lead a sales team.
