Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families in finding suitable housing solutions during times of displacement. This position requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a genuine desire to help others navigate through challenging situations.

Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their housing needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Property Research: Utilize available resources to research and identify potential housing options that meet the specific requirements of each client.
• Property Tours: Coordinate and conduct property tours for clients, providing detailed information about each property and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiation: Assist clients in negotiating lease terms, rental rates, and other relevant agreements with landlords or property managers.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the relocation process, offering guidance and assistance as needed.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and other industry professionals to expand the company's network and access to housing options.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently, facilitating a smooth transition for clients.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about local housing market trends, rental rates, and availability to provide informed recommendations to clients.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed client expectations by delivering exceptional service and personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and local housing market trends is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
