• Equipment maintenance & repair-Diagnose problems, code, execute necessary repairs; change fluids & filters as needed when time for service; install GPS components; change tracks when change in size is required; hook up implements; test and setup.
• Service and repair construction equipment, forklifts, spreaders, sprayers, harvesters, diesel engines and all types of farm equipment/implements.
• Willing and able to work as a farm equipment operator when necessary.
• Maintain parts inventory.
• Provide routine information to and solicits situation specific information company wide from employees, managers and external relationships and general inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to handle the position.
• Three to five years of verifiable experience repairing and maintaining farm implements and tractors.
• Experienced welder
• Valid driver’s license required with the ability to obtain a Farm Endorsement and drive company vehicles.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
• Ability to work independently
